Pyroshield total flooding system is an IG55 inert gas system. The gas is a mixture to two naturally occuring gases, argon and nitrogen, in equal proportions. Pyroshield IG55 system is designed and installed in accordance with either the National Fire Protection Association (NPFA) Standart 2001 – “Clean Agent Fire Extinguishing Systems” or British Standard BS6266:1992

PyroShield IG55 system consists of one or more pressurised steel cylinders connected through a manifold. The system can be actuated either automatically or manually. The gas is distributed and discharged into the protected area through a network of pipes and nozzles.
